Minecraft MOTD generator
Type your two lines, add colours and styles, and copy the result into your server.
Buttons add a code where your cursor is. You can also type codes like &c (red) or &l (bold). A colour code turns off bold and other styles, so put the colour first. &r resets everything.

FAQ
How do I add colour to my Minecraft MOTD?
Use § codes (or & in this tool): §c is red, §a is green, §l is bold. Pick them with the buttons above and copy the result.
Why does my MOTD show strange characters like §?
The file was saved in a different text encoding. Write § as \u00A7 (the server.properties line above does this) and it shows correctly.
How long can a MOTD be?
Two lines. Each line shows about 45 characters in the server list, and longer lines may be cut off.
Can I use hex colours?
Not in server.properties. Some MOTD plugins support them through MiniMessage.
